Sunny Tan, Principal Consultant

Sunny is one of the Principal Consultants of Synergy Search International. He has more than 10 years of Human Resource & Recruitment experience dealing with mid-to-senior level management positions.

Graduated in mechanical engineering, he first started his career as a Project Engineer with a public-listed Engineering Procurement & Construction Firm. Talent-spotted by management, he was transferred to and subsequently promoted to a Senior HR Executive role in which he garnered rich experience in managing a staff strength of more than 800, the full spectrum of HR functions such as talent selection and recruitment, payroll, training and development, employee counseling and industrial relations

Due to his passion for recruitment, he joined a Fortune 500 Engineering Search Firm as a Senior Executive Search Consultant handling more specialized engineering mid-to-senior positions.

In his current role, he is working with multi national clients in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing, Telecommunications & Technology, Health, Safety & Environment fields.

Patrick Chia, Principal Consultant

Patrick is one of the Principal Consultants of Synergy Search International. He has 10 years of broad recruitment & search experience ranging from research, general recruitment and executive search.

In 2000, he started as a researcher in IT Search Firm then moved on to a US-listed Recruitment Firm as a Staffing Consultant and subsequently progressed to an Engineering Search Firm as a Senior Search Consultant handling engineering mid-to-senior positions, before being invited to his current role.

A business graduate, coupled with his proven experience in the various industries, well-knowledged and possess ‘ground’ expertise which many of his clients rely on to get ‘things done right the first time’.

In his current role, he is a preferred search partner with selected multi national clients in Oil & Gas, Chemical, Engineering & Construction, Manufacturing and Marine disciplines

Priscilla Lim, Principal Research Consultant

Priscilla is the Principal Research Consultant and also the Team Lead of the Research Team of Synergy Search International.

She has over 10 years of diverse experience in Market Research and Recruitment. She has worked as a Senior Researcher in Executive Search Firms specializing in IT, Engineering, Scientific, Retail and FMCG.

She is able to identify potential candidates for positions with our clients with her wide range of contacts and understanding of our client’s business.

She is very systematic and professional in her research work. Her role involves networking, name gathering and market mapping in addition to database management.
